About Paul Sparks
Paul Sparks is your host and commentator at Sales Effectiveness Australasia.
Before commencing this role in 2007, Paul had a successful career in professional selling, sales management and consulting in the region for over 25 years. As a sales professional and leader he has worked in the ICT and Business Services sector, representing organisations including Canon, Ricoh, AT&T and Lend Lease.
As a consultant, advisor and coach, Paul has worked with some of the region’s leading organisations – including PricewaterhouseCoopers, BHP, Australia Post, Virgin Mobile, E-Bay, Century 21 Real Estate, The New Zealand Government, Caltex and many franchise groups including Muffin Break, Just Cuts and Jamaica Blue.
Since 2003 Paul has been able to pursue his passion for learning and development – and has been awarded a Masters in Business and a Masters in Organisational Change (HR & Coaching Psychology). Paul has also presented and participated at many national and international business conferences on topics including sales planning and effectiveness, benchmarking and performance improvement.
Paul’s purpose in leading Sales Effectiveness Australasia is to provide a forum for delivering ideas, innovation and research in the world of sales and selling which will allow everybody to achieve better sales outcomes.
