Terms and conditions

1. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.
2. No refunds are available for this event – but a new delegate can be substituted up until one week before each event.
3. All conference materials, downloads, audio and visual files, and any other items supplied as part of the Sales Effectiveness 2010 Breakfast Series are made available for the exclusive use of the registered delegate only.  Printing of any material is for the personal use of the registered delegate only.
4. No further reproduction of any material supplied as part of the Sales Effectiveness Australasia 2010 Breakfast Series is permitted in any form what-so-ever, without the express written permission of Sales Effectiveness Australasia.
5. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all advertised presenters speak on the dates provided, Sales Effectiveness Australasia reserves the right to change without notice any speaker date, and to substitute any speaker for any other speaker.  If any speaker is unable to present on any given day, Sales Effectiveness Australasia reserves the right to substitute another speaker to speak at that time.  This substitute speaker may or may not be part of the advertised program.
6. Sales Effectiveness Australasia reserves the right to reject any registration.
7. Information contained in the Sales Effectiveness Australasia 2010 Breakfast Series is of a general information nature only.  No warranty of performance is given or implied.
8. Any access made to web-sites referred to in this event series by presenters and/or partners is made at the delegates own risk.
